Classification dermatomes Alpha
The most useful are classifying by the agent can triggered by:
1. Mechanical vibrations, foreign bodies: asbestos (wart asbestos), beryllium (sarcoid granuloma) lubricants (oleoma), coal (tattoos), iron (siderosis) silver (argyria localized), silica (silicotic granuloma); artefactas (to simulate illness), a phenomenon Koebner (palmar psoriasis, lichen planus).
2. Physical: heat (burns, heat exhaustion, heat rash), cold (Cold urticaria, perniosis, cutis marmorata, freezing), electrical (burning) radiation (radiation Ultraviolet skin cancer, photodermatitis) radiation ionizing (radiodermatitis).
3. Chemical: currently there are 2800 substances classified as allergens 5,000,000 which currently exist. Injuries can produce irritation or allergy, in this case can cause severe disease in construction workers, electronic industry, plastic,
health. Other injuries are disorders Pigmentation: leucodermas (hydroquinone)
melanodermias (petroleum), urticaria to latex, purple and lichenoid eruptions revealed by chemical photographic components the rubber industry.
4. Vegetables: include ornamental plants, edible and woods. The ornamental bulbs or by the same plant gardeners or housekeepers. The edible garlic as irritation and sensitization. The cause sensitization woods are especially its
content of quinones.

Diagnostic dermatomes
To make a proper diagnosis should be performed exploration which has three basic steps:
1. Clinical history, besides the usual anamnesis should develop a work history in which should be considered. All materials to which the patient is exposing in
work environment, current and previous occupation, activities manuals home and hobbies. Background atopic. In the test to determine the location of lesions
in the areas consistent with the form and type of job. The tests determine the clinical history of convenient contact.
2. Patch test or patch test: a procedure for standardized diagnostic of choice for studying patients with DCA. Its main use is eczema subacute or chronic idiopathic or especially the case unknown, and in special locations as the dermatitis of the hands, feet, eyelids, anogenital region lower limb and eczema. Currently these
Tests are also conducted in patients atopic dermatitis and related tables as eczema
nummular eczema dyshidrotic unresponsive to treatment Conventional.
This type of testing is apply the standard battery under occlusive method, this includes 80% of most common allergens causing DCA special batteries which
include allergens more often according to each occupation. In some cases the tests
be carried out with products that brings the same patient, is considered important to know the product pH for those substances with pH less than 3 and greater than 10 should not be tested as such, in those cases should be made and repeated dilutions when necessary.
Tests with these substances can be open or semi-open. Tests semiopen drying are performed substances leaving on the skin and subsequently covered, if the open is
are dried and is repeated two to three times daily for 2 to 3 days, interrupted in the case of having a reaction characterized by erythema, papules or vesicles, this procedure is useful to rectify the test results epicutaneous equivocal between irritative reaction or allergic.
3. Submit scores the sick and instructions. The diagnosis of occupational dermatitis can be complex, and in countries where there are laws that provide
these conditions may determine change of post career change or permanent disability.
