A continuación se presenta el mapa de procesos en el que se puede observar todo el proceso desde que se hace la solicitud del servicio hasta que se presta y se le hace la evaluación correspondiente.
3.3 SISTEMA PRODUCTIVO
Salud Integral ¨Spa¨es una empresa prestadora de servicios con una propuesta que marca la diferencia en ubicación, atención del personal, la selección de sus clientes, el horario de atención y los precios, con una orientación al ser humano a través de ejercicios de relajación, masajes, respiración, meditación, y trabajo con el agua, a través de los cuales cada participante encuentra la mejor forma de sano esparcimiento para liberarse del estrés, el cansancio y la monotonía de la vida cotidiana de la ciudad.
Para la prestación del servicio se contará con seis profesionales del sector de la salud, así: tres fisioterapeutas, una persona experta en medicina alternativa, una cosmetóloga y un deportólogo, vinculados directamente a la empresa.
